If anyone knows me, they know how much I adore Poison. When I got the ok to cover the Bret Michaels Band show, I was more than stoked.
This was by far one of the best nights I’ve had as a photog. From singing along with fans, Bret pulling me on stage to shoot the crowd and him and ending the night with a personal moment with Bret, a fan & myself, discussing the tragedy in Orlando. I would have to say the night was truly epic.
Michaels kicked off his sold out show at Rams Head On Stage in Annapolis, with a classic Poison track “Talk Dirty To Me” and continue to keep the hits coming from “Unskinny Bop” & “Look What The Cat Dragged In”. Michaels then left the stage for a dope drum solo by Mike Bailey and then returned with some great covers from Sublime and KISS.
Bret and the BMB put on one hell of a show and we can’t wait for round 2 during the Thanksgiving break.
