We had the pleasure to pass through Lima Lounge in Washington,DC the other night. We were fortune to stop by when the beast from the east DJ Skribble was in the building. Director of Marketing, Aslan Aboughaddareh is the go to man at Lima Lounge. We picked his brain to get some insight on Lima Lounge, what he’s listening to and we he’s cooking up for Lima Lounge.
S&B: Tell us a little about Lima Lounge.
Aslan: Lima Lounge is known for House and EDM music. We’re one of the first venues to introduce the music to the Washington, DC in 2006. Our dj booth and dance floor is set up to give the audinece a great EDM experience.It’s meant to feel like a mini concert with great sound, lights and smoke. It’s like all the big clubs elements in a perfect small room.
S&B: Who’s been some of your favorite DJ’s to spin at Lima Lounge?
Aslan: We’ve had pretty much every major international artist at Lima. We’ve had some of the biggest names in the world, but my personal favorite is OSCAR G from Miami, FL.
S&B: Who would you like to see spin next at Lima?
Aslan: I’m currently working on bringing LUCIANO to Lima. He’s one of my favorite djs.
S&B: What’s you top 5 favorite tracks to hear at the club?
